This webcast will review the NLA Scientific Statement on the “Review of current evidence and clinical recommendations on the effects of low-carbohydrate and very-low-carbohydrate (including ketogenic) diets for the management of body weight and other cardiometabolic risk factors: A scientific statement from the National Lipid Association Nutrition and Lifestyle Task Force.”
This enduring material activity, Review of the Cardiometabolic Effects of Low-Carbohydrate and Very-Low-Carbohydrate (Including Ketogenic) Diets, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 1.0 prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Term of approval begins July 1, 2020. Term of approval is for one year from this date. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
