How do I sign up for CHL CME?

To sign up for CHL CME, please visit https://www.chlcme.com/user-profile/ fill out the information and press the REGISTER button. You should receive confirmation of your registration sent to you by email.

Do I need to login to access the educational website?

Yes. Once this is complete, you can sign in with your established username / password to access the content and obtain CME credit.

What type of CME accreditation is offered for each webcast?

The CHL CME website offers accreditation through the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

What if I need to submit accreditation to a different professional organization?

You would need to submit our certificate to the accrediting body.

What do I need to do to receive my certificate for credit?

Upon successful completion of the CME-accredited webcast evaluation, you will receive a certificate sent to the email you enter within 5-7 business days.
